About the Tampa Cruise Guide and the Cruise Guide Network

Welcome to my effort to create an easy-to-use guide to cruises from Tampa, FL. I hope you find it useful and entertaining. My goal is simply to provide truthful and straight forward information for Tampa cruise passengers.

The Tampa Cruise Guide is part of a network of Cruise Guides. My guides are as easy, complete and enjoyable as the cruises themselves.

My guide to cruises from Norfolk Virginia is the one that started it all. It began as a general tourist information site for Norfolk, but the demand for a better guide to cruises from from that port quickly became apparent.

Our sites about cruises from Florida include Port Canaveral cruises on the Atlantic coast, not far from Orlando. Many people combine a cruise from that port with a trip to the theme parks. Port Canaveral is also close to the Kennedy Spaceport.

Another Florida port is Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. This is an extremely busy departure port served by several cruise lines. Most of the voyages go to the islands of the Caribbean, but some go to the Panama Canal or even around the world!

The New Orleans Cruise Guide is about another famous port on the Gulf. Sail to Mexico or up the mighty Mississippi from one of the nation's great party cities.
